1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

All orders ship via UPS 2-Day Air as our standard shipping method. Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday will ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends will ship the next business day.

Orders to P.O. Boxes cannot be delivered by UPS and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail instead. While USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 2–3 business days, delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed by USPS. If you require guaranteed 2-day delivery, please provide a physical street address at checkout.

2. Shipping Rates

Free shipping is available on all orders over $250 within the continental United States. For orders under $250, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

We do not currently ship internationally.

3. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can track your shipment directly on the UPS or USPS website using the provided tracking number.

KNEKT Labs is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once a package has been tendered to the carrier.

4. Product Storage & Cold-Chain

Lyophilized peptide powders are stable at room temperature for short transit periods. Upon receipt, we recommend storing all products at -20°C or below for long-term stability. Products should be kept away from direct light and moisture.

Reconstituted peptides should be stored at 4°C and used within the timeframe specified on the product Certificate of Analysis.

5. Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our research products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items as they cannot be resold.

We WILL provide refunds or replacements for: products that arrive damaged during shipping (photo evidence required within 48 hours); incorrect items shipped (our error); products that do not meet stated specifications or purity standards; orders not delivered despite tracking showing delivery; duplicate orders placed in error (if reported before shipment).

We CANNOT accept returns for: opened or used products; products stored improperly after delivery; orders canceled after shipment; change of mind purchases; products past 30 days from delivery.

6. Refund Process

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
